A Healthy Life is a Healthy Community

    Why do we eat vegetables and fruits? What are the benefits that we of those to our body? Does a healthy can change a community?

    We all know that vegetables and fruits are nutritious. They contain vitamins and minerals that can help to keep us healthy. They can also protect our body against some diseases. But despite of all this , still some kids doesn't want  to eat vegetables. The reason why is because of the its taste. Kids are more attracted to junk foods and soft drinks because of the pleasing taste of it. They don't know that those kind of food are bad to the body. Kids should practice eating vegetables at their early age. Parents should guide their children to eat those food.

   If one individual is healthy, she or he can study well, they can find a decent job and do their work properly. In that case they can  help our community to improve.
 
   "Ugaliing Magtanim Sapat na Nutrusyon Aanihin". At our early age we should start to eat vegetables and fruit in order for us to be healthy until we're going old. All of us, let's quit eating junk foods and drinking soft drinks instead we should encourage each other to eat more vegies and fruits.
